Stephen Rutikanga
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
As Chief Financial Officer at Kumwe Green Farms Ltd, he leads the company’s overall financial strategy with a focus on enabling sustainable international growth. He is responsible for budgeting, financial planning and analysis, reporting, and securing export financing solutions that align with the company’s goals.
His role includes ensuring compliance with both local and international financial regulations, managing foreign exchange exposure, and minimizing financial risk through proactive oversight. In addition to managing core finance functions, he provides strategic guidance to the executive leadership team by offering data-driven insights that inform key decisions on investment, expansion, and resource allocation.
Mazimpaka Patrick
Head of Operations
As Head of Operations, he oversees the full operational chain from farm to export, ensuring integration and alignment across all departments—farming, trading, processing, and logistics. He develops and implements systems that enhance productivity, standardize quality control, and streamline workflows across the entire value chain.
His work ensures that raw materials are efficiently converted into export-ready products with minimal waste and delay. He also leads the optimization of the company’s supply chain to meet the evolving needs of international customers across the UK, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
Allen Kayesu
Data Analyst
Allen Kayesu is pursuing a degree in Computer Science with a minor in Mathematics at the University of New York, Abu Dhabi.
At Kumwe, she applies data-driven insights to optimize horticulture and export operations.
By analyzing supply chain data and identifying key trends, she enhances productivity, efficiency, and strategic decision-making across the organization. Her work ensures seamless operations and maximized yields through the power of analytics.
Shallon Kobusinge
IT Infrastructure Engineer
Shallon Kobusinge is pursuing a Computer Science degree with a minor in Information and Data Science at the California Institute of Technology.
At Kumwe Green Farms, she designs, implements, and maintains the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring reliable, secure, and high-performance systems that support business operations.
