Kumwe Green Farms operates across East Africa with a legally established presence and a growing export footprint. Through our offices in Rwanda, Kenya, and Tanzania, we coordinate sourcing, quality control, and logistics to deliver premium avocados to international markets. Our operations are designed to ensure year-round supply by leveraging complementary harvest seasons across the region. To date, we have successfully shipped multiple containers, building a reliable export pipeline that connects African farmers to secure markets while providing consistently sourced, high-quality produce to the Middle East.

Rwanda Office (September–March)
Our Rwanda office plays a central role in sourcing, aggregation, and quality control, ensuring that only premium-grade avocados meet our export standards. Operating from September to March, Rwanda offers high-quality Hass avocados grown in favorable high-altitude conditions, resulting in excellent taste, texture, and consistency. This location is key to maintaining strong relationships with local farmers while upholding strict quality assurance processes.

Kenya Office (April–August)
Our Kenya office serves as a major production and export hub, supporting large-scale avocado supply from April to August. With well-established export infrastructure and access to high-volume production, Kenya enables us to meet growing international demand efficiently. Its mature supply chain and logistics networks make it a cornerstone of our export operations.

Tanzania - Njombe Region (January–May)
Our operations in the Njombe region of Tanzania provide complementary supply and help bridge seasonal gaps across our network. Active from January to May, this region benefits from favorable climatic conditions that support consistent avocado production. Tanzania plays a key role in ensuring continuity of supply and strengthening our ability to deliver reliably across multiple markets.
